Cassie Ginther is a graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminister, BC where she completed the 3,000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program.
It was during her time at West Coast College that she received specialized training in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, hydrotherapy, pain and stress management to help prepare her for a massage therapy career. While in school, Cassie worked with programs that provided massage therapy services to patients with cancer, long term disabilities, Parkinson’s and multiple sclerosis, as well as patients at the school’s main clinic. Cassie volunteered her time for post-event massages for athletes during the Gran Fondo race and for horses at a rescue after completing a two-day equine relaxation massage course.
Raised in Ladysmith from a young age, she is delighted to now provide massage therapy services in the place she calls home. As a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), she uses techniques such as Swedish Massage, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and muscle energy techniques.
Cassie looks forward to applying her skills and knowledge to help patients of all ages and abilities reach their potential.
