Natalie has spent the past five years working as a private practice Physiotherapist in the South Okanagan. She is passionate about healing and continued development, as evident by the post-graduate courses focusing on current researched assessment and treatment techniques such as:

  • The Tempomandibular (Jaw) Joint: Physical Therapy Approach to Evaluation and Effective Management
  • The Cervical Spine: Neural Tissue Mechanosensitivity
  • The Shoulder Complex
  • The Elbow, Wrist and Hand Complex
  • The Lumbar Spine: Neural Tissue Mechanosensitivity
  • The Hip Complex
  • The Knee Complex: Persistent Patello-femoral Syndromes and Knee OA
  • The Foot and Ankle Complex
  • First Aid and CPR

She has a keen interest in encouraging active lifestyles in the aging population. Recently, Natalie researched and developed “Aging with Balance”: a program to improve independence in the home and community by targeting balance, strengthening and coordination.

Given her background, Natalie integrates numerous healing approaches in order to address the root of the problem.  She strives not only to provide relief from painful symptoms, yet to prevent re-occurrence.  She strongly believes that in educating her patients they may find greater independence in symptom management and develop strategies to create powerful improvements in their mobility and quality of life.

Natalie and her family have recently re-located to Vancouver Island. She looks forward to meeting you and providing assistance in your journey to recovery and active wellness!
