Dr. Adam Godkin grew up in the lower mainland and completed his Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Physiology at Simon Fraser University. He then attended the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster to complete his naturopathic medical training.
Dr. Godkin has always led an active lifestyle, including growing up as a competitive swimmer and triathlete, which led him to the field of sports medicine and naturopathy.
Dr. Godkin has a special interest in pain management and sports medicine based therapies. He has undergone further training in injection therapies and diagnostic ultrasound imaging which he uses to ensure the safe and accurate delivery of in-office procedures.
Treatments offered by Dr. Godkin include platelet-rich plasma (PRP), viscosupplementation, prolotherapy and cortisone injections. Other areas of focus include nutrition and lifestyle management, digestive health, stress and energy support, and allergies.
Dr. Godkin currently holds memberships with and is in good standing with the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC, the BC Naturopathic Association and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors.
In his spare time, Dr. Adam Godkin enjoys going on adventures including hiking, camping, snowboarding and exploring all that BC has to offer.
