Mandy Ryan graduated from the 3000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2008 with a special interest in women’s health and pre and post natal health. She has further training as a Doula and as an on-call massage therapist for people during their birthing time. In the last 5 years she has continued her development by learning more about pain science and volunteers her time as a health coach for Pain BC.

Mandy truly loves being a massage therapist. She has a warm, relaxed, professional, and supportive personality that is pleasant to be around. Her treatments are often described as being slow and deeply relaxing. She has experience working with people of different ages, genders, abilities, body types and cultures. Mandy is committed to continuous learning, inclusion and a trauma-informed practice. During a treatment, Mandy will listen to you, discuss your goals and concerns, and work with you to create and implement a treatment that suits you. We are beyond excited to have Mandy Ryan’s personality and skill set joining our team.
Mandy is excited to return to Ladysmith, the beautiful community that she grew up in. Having spent the last 17 years living in Vancouver, she is looking forward to rediscovering the island with her family. Mandy cannot wait to start exploring the many hiking trails, and tasting the delicious local food and drink options. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, singing, dancing (and sometimes cooking) in the kitchen, taking long walks, and listening to or playing music. Last but not least, Mandy can play a mean Bad, Bad Leroy Brown on the ukulele if you ask her! We might have the makings of a clinic band coming together.
