She also led road bike adventure tours in Alberta, BC and Spain and spent several seasons in the heli-ski industry.

Maria has clinical experience working with a wide variety of populations. She enjoys working with patients with sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, osteoarthritis, pre/post hip and knee replacements and chronic pain. Maria relishes working with all ages and believes that a healthy, active lifestyle is the foundation to wellness and longevity.

An avid outdoor enthusiast, Maria enjoys cycling (mountain, road, touring and cyclocross), winter sports (split/snowboarding and XC skiing), hiking and trail running with her dog, paddlesports and yoga. She has experienced her share of sports-related injuries and knows firsthand the importance of prevention training. Maria believes prevention training is integral to keep one playing the sports and activities that are meaningful to them.

Maria is a creative problem solver and enjoys working with clients to come up with fun alternatives to help keep them fit and active during recovery. We are excited to have Maria Mihok and her strong skill as part of our team and community!
